PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oxygen concentration measurement device in which a position of a measurement part hardly deviates with respect to a person to be measured.SOLUTION: An oxygen concentration measurement device 1 includes a covering member 10 and a measurement part 20. A covering member 10 covers a part of limbs of the person to be measured. The covering member 10 has a positioning part 12 for determining a position with respect to a knee joint of a body of the person to be measured. A measurement part 20 has a light emitting part 22 and a light receiving part 23. The light emitting part 22 irradiates the person to be measured with near infrared rays. The light receiving part 23 receives the near infrared rays. The measurement part 20 outputs a signal according to the near infrared rays received by the light receiving part 23.
