PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostatic field screen generator that is small and enables drive with low voltage application and an electrostatic seedling shelter using the same.SOLUTION: An electrostatic field screen generator of the present invention includes: a first dielectric coating group provided with multiple first dielectric coating bodies having at least a portion of surface regarding a positive electrode conductor connected and formed to a positive terminal coated with an insulator, and having each first dielectric coating body disposed substantially in parallel at predetermined intervals； a second dielectric coating group provided with multiple second dielectric coating bodies having at least a portion of surface regarding a negative electrode conductor connected and formed to a negative terminal coated with the insulator, and having each second dielectric coating body disposed substantially in parallel at predetermined intervals； and further, positive voltage applying means for providing positive potential to the positive terminal and negative voltage applying means for providing negative potential to the negative terminal. The electrostatic field screen generator is characterized in that the first dielectric coating group and the second dielectric coating group are shifted and disposed in the arrangement direction mutually substantially in parallel while being separated and opposed therefrom/thereto, and the consecutive screen of the electric field is formed by repeating inflection in a space.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2【課題】 小型かつ低電圧印可による駆動を可能とした静電場スクリーン発生装置及びそれを用いた静電苗シェルターを提供する。【解決手段】 本発明の静電場スクリーン発生装置は、正極端子に接続して形成した正極導電体について少なくともその一部の表面を絶縁体で被覆した第一の誘電被覆体を複数個備え、各々の第一の誘電被覆体が所定間隔にて略平行に配置されている第一の誘電被覆体群と、負極端子に接続して形成した負極導電体について少なくともその一部の表面を絶縁体で被覆した第二の誘電被覆体を複数個備え、各々の第二の誘電被覆体を所定間隔にて略平行に配置されている第二の誘電被覆体群と、さらに、正極端子に正電位を与える正電圧印加手段と負極端子に負電位を与える負電圧印加手段とを備え、第一の誘電体被覆群と第二の誘電体被覆群を離隔対向させつつ、相互に略平行の並びの方向にずらして配置し、空間に屈曲を繰り返して連続した電場のスクリーンを形成せしめたことを特徴とする。【選択図】図２
