An hybrid scaffold (1) is made of materials that define peripheral layers (2, 4) designed to interface with the tissues in the implant site and one or more intermediate layers (3) where the materials are combined to give the scaffold mechanical properties suitable for withstanding the stresses of the implant site, the materials being fibroin for the peripheral layers and polyurethane combined with fibroin for each intermediate layer (Fig. 1).L'invention concerne un support hybride (1) constitué de matériaux qui délimitent des couches périphériques (2, 4) conçues pour raccorder les tissus dans le site d'implantation et une ou plusieurs couches intermédiaires (3). Les matériaux sont combinés pour donner au support les propriétés mécaniques appropriées pour résister aux contraintes du site d'implantation. Les matériaux sont la fibroïne pour les couches périphériques et du polyuréthane combiné avec de la fibroïne pour chaque couche intermédiaire (Fig. 1).
