Способ лечения деструктивных форм периодонтита заключается в том, что предварительно смешивают костнопластический материал «Оргамакс» с пастообразным материалом для пломбирования каналов зубов, в составе которых содержится гидроокись кальция, в соотношении 10:1. После инструментальной и медикаментозной обработки корневых каналов зуба полученный состав вводят в очаг деструкции, затем пломбируют корневые каналы зуба и кариозную полость.
