Provided are articles of manufacture, compositions and methods for prophylaxis and/or therapy for disorders involving dizziness and/or vertigo. The articles of manufacture and compositions contain lamotrigine and/or bupropion and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof. The compositions include pharmaceutical compositions which are intended to alleviate dizziness and/or vertigo. In certain aspects the disclosure includes articles of manufacture and kits which include printed material which provides an indication that the articles or compositions are intended to be used for prophylaxis and/or therapy of Menieres disease or a symptom thereof.
