PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic patient inclusive care information distribution system capable of sharing patient care information between medical institution systems and different job category institution systems that are not influenced by the medical institution systems, and also automatically obtaining the patient care information in a so-called pushing way without performing access from the medical institution systems and the different job category institution systems.SOLUTION: The automatic patient inclusive care information distribution system includes: means for allowing a medical worker to receive patient care information that has been input in respective medical institutions or respective different job category institutions means for performing the grouping and unitary management of patient IDs in the medical institutions with which one patient consults or one or more different job category institutions and means for notifying all of the related medical institutions and different job category institutions in a pushing way of the patient care information on the basis of the patient IDs when the patient care information is generated in any one of the medical institutions and different job category institutions.
