The tiller comprises a frame, support-driving wheels, shafts of square section, tooth gears, working elements, a bluff board, eccentrics with handles, and rollers. The support-driving wheels are mounted on the sides out-of-alignment, which are attached to the shafts of square section. On the shafts of square section the spikes, spacers and hubs are located. The shafts are connected to each other and to the appropriate wheel. The spikes are mounted in bearings located in the frame. The shock-absorbers are pressed on the hubs. On the shock absorbers the tooth gears are pressed. The tooth gears are turned relative to one another at a certain angle. The working elements are threaded through the holes of the bluff board. The bluff board is attached on the frame. The working elements are mounted in the brackets. The pads of the brackets are made with deflection. In the brackets also the eccentrics with handles are mounted. The side walls are attached to the working elements. In the holes of the side walls the axes are mounted. The rollers are located on the axes.EFFECT: technical solution enables to improve the crumbling of heavy soils at pre-seeding treatment and to reduce the time and labour intensity of replacing the working elements.3 dwgИзобретение относится к сельскохозяйственному машиностроению и может быть использовано для предпосевной обработки почвы.
