The invention is a dental prosthesis of the type comprising a dental implant, a post and core and a crown, send implant being suited to be fixed to a bone and said post and core being suited to be fixed to said implant by means of a screw that passes through the inside of said post and core, said post and core comprising a portion to be introduced into said implant and another portion that protrudes from said implant, wherein said post and core serves as a connection element between said implant and said crown, and wherein a separation area is provided between the area where the crown is housed in the post and core and the area where the post and core is housed in the implant the diameter of said portion protruding from said implant converges from said implant towards said crown, without increases.Linvention concerne une prothèse dentaire du type comprenant un implant dentaire, un pivot coulé et une couronne, ledit implant étant approprié pour être fixé à un os et ledit pivot coulé étant approprié pour être fixé audit implant au moyen dune vis qui passe à travers lintérieur dudit pivot coulé, ledit pivot coulé comprenant une partie à introduire dans ledit implant et une autre partie qui fait saillie dudit implant, ledit pivot coulé servant délément de raccordement entre ledit implant et ladite couronne, et une zone de séparation étant prévue entre la zone où la couronne est logée dans le pivot coulé et la zone où le pivot coulé est logé dans limplant le diamètre de ladite partie faisant saillie depuis ledit implant converge depuis ledit implant vers ladite couronne, sans augmenter.
