The present invention relates to an environmental vehicle integrally equipped with a sterilization device and, more specifically, to an environmental vehicle integrally equipped with: a sterilization liquid storage tank installed at one side of a chassis to store a set amount of sterilization liquid; an underwater pump installed within the sterilization liquid storage tank to pump and discharge the sterilization liquid to the outside; and a sterilization device receiving the sterilization liquid from the underwater pump to inject the sterilization liquid to wheels or the chassis of a vehicle, wherein the sterilization device includes: lower chassis sterilization units which are installed to be long in the back and forth direction of the vehicle on both left and right sides of a lower part of the chassis, and each of which is provided with a sterilization liquid supply pipe having a plurality of sterilization liquid injection nozzles on an outer circumference to inject the sterilization liquid, supplied by the underwater pump, toward the wheels of the vehicle and a lower side of the chassis, and a rotation driving unit connected to and installed at one side of the sterilization liquid supply pipe to rotate the sterilization supply pipe within set displacement and to widen an injection range of the sterilization liquid; upper chassis sterilization units which are installed to be long in the back and forth direction of the vehicle on both left and right sides of an upper part of the chassis, and are configured to inject the sterilization liquid supplied by the underwater pump while reciprocating left and right within the displacement set to the left and right sides of the upper part of the chassis; and a sterilization liquid injection controller installed near a driver seat to be manipulated by a driver by controlling the sterilization liquid supplied to the lower chassis sterilization units and the upper chassis sterilization units to sterilize the external surface of
