The present invention relates to an aqueous solution solubilizing composition of a poorly water-soluble substance containing an oligosaccharide prepared using a lactic acid bacteria strain. Specifically, the composition comprising the fermented oligosaccharide according to the present invention by significantly increasing the aqueous solubilization degree of turmeric powder, pterostilbene, epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG), quercetin, idebenone and oleonolic acid, which are poorly water-soluble substances , The composition can be usefully used for the solubilization of aqueous solutions of poorly water-soluble substances applicable to various types of cosmetics and food and drug products.본 발명은 유산균 균주를 이용하여 제조된 올리고당을 포함하는 난수용성 물질의 수용액 가용화 조성물에 관한 것이다. 구체적으로, 본 발명에 따른 발효 올리고당을 포함하는 조성물은 난수용성 물질인 강황가루, 프테로스틸벤, EGCG(epigallocatechin gallate), 퀘르세틴, 이데베논 및 올레오놀산의 수용액 가용화 정도를 유의적으로 증가시킴으로써, 상기 조성물은 다양한 종류의 화장품 및 식의약품에 적용가능한 난수용성 물질의 수용액 가용화 용도에 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
