A low-temperature preservation device for sliced raw fish is provided to maintain the taste and quality of sliced raw fish by installing a cooling unit below a rotating dish in order to preserve the sliced raw fish near at aging temperature. A low-temperature preservation device for sliced raw fish comprises an auxiliary chamber(1a) and a cooling chamber(1b). The auxiliary chamber includes a cooling unit equipped with a compressor, condenser and evaporator. A shaft holding unit(3) is installed in a bottom center of the auxiliary chamber. A rotating shaft(4) rotated by a gear reduction motor(7) is installed on the shaft holding unit. The top of rotating shaft is protruded toward the cooling chamber. The cooling chamber has an opening on the top and a refrigerant pipe(201) at the bottom. A rotating dish(5) is installed on the top of the rotating shaft protruded from the bottom such that the sliced raw fish is served.
