The present invention relates to a waterproof wood pole for ginseng cultivation using recycled materials as raw material. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a wood pole for ginseng cultivation using recycled materials, wherein an inner layer of the wood pole has a low density cross-sectional layer of non-compact tissue adhesion close to that of an expandable resin, is lightweight, and has innovatively increased durability and heat resistance required as a supporting unit. The purpose of the present invention is to provide the method of manufacturing a wood pole for ginseng cultivation using recycled materials, the method which comprises the steps of cutting and pulverizing recycled materials that are discarded after use to predetermined sizes, appropriately mixing the cut and pulverized recycled materials to obtain a mixture, heating the mixture such that the mixture maintains a viscous condition, extrusion molding the heated mixture to obtain a molded article, and coating the molded article with the recycled materials that are discarded during pulverizing, thereby innovatively improving strength and lifetime of the article required as the wood pole, and accordingly, the article is safely used as a ginseng wood pole. To achieve this, the method of the present invention comprises: a pulverization step of sorting the recycled materials including collected an accelerator′s waste wire, recycled polyethylene (PE), stone dust, wood flour and the like, washing and drying the sorted recycled materials, and passing the dried recycled materials through cutting and crushing processes according to types of the recycled materials to pulverize the recycled materials to sizes that facilitate hitting; a mixing step of mixing respective pulverized materials that are pulverized recycled materials with a synthetic resin solution having an adhesive function to dry a mixture; a taking-out step of extrusion molding the mixed pulverized materials
