PURPOSE: A Korean human body backbone information manufacturing method and a system thereof are provided to measure a 3D backbone model in a computer, thereby accurately measuring a Korean human body backbone. CONSTITUTION: A transformed parameter is inputted in a CT(Computerized Tomography) image(S202). A human body backbone data set is generated by input(S204). In the CT image, masking data is generated(S206). A base mask is generated according to each backbone(S210). The base mask is processed by smoothing(S212). [Reference numerals] (AA) Start; (BB) End; (S202) Obtain a CT image by photographing human body backbone with a CT scan through an image acquisition unit; (S204) Generate a human body backbone data set by receiving a conversion parameter for the CT image; (S206) Generate masking data by classifying a part corresponding to each backbone with a separate color in the CT image of the human body backbone data set; (S208) Set an HU threshold through the confirmation of an HU value for a desired area; (S210) Generate a base mask by zoning the image per each backbone; (S212) Generate 3D model data by smoothing the base mask to indicate shape characteristics of each backbone; (S214) Obtain numerical information of main part indicating the shape of the backbone by measuring at the outside of the backbone or a cut section for the 3D model data or measuring the height of disk; (S216) Calculate bone mineral density of pure body parts except for a backbone column part by cutting pedicles adjacent to a vertebral body for the 3D model data; (S218) Extract the backbone from a first neck bone(C1) to a sacrum and perform a bone mineral density(BMD) test; (S220) Perform a spinal segmental functional test with two backbones as one set; (S222) Store a bone mineral density test result and a functional test result by corresponding to the 3D model data; (S224) Measuring compressive strength by mounting with resin to apply uniform load on the upper and lower plates of the cut bac
