To provide a wound care method and a system with one or both of vacuum-light therapy, pulsed radio frequency, and thermally augmented oxygenation.SOLUTION: A combination therapy pad 1300 includes a first layer 1302, and a second layer 1305 that is operatively coupled to the first layer. A fiber-optic array 1308 is disposed between the first layer and the second layer. A third layer 1310 is operatively coupled to the first layer. The third layer includes a suction tube 1314 in fluid communication with a vacuum source and a therapeutic fluid tube 1316 in fluid communication with a therapeutic fluid source.
