PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a retractility composite sheet which is superior in the permeability of a thickness direction and/or a horizontal direction, keeps the appearance of a surface irregularity favorable, and is easily manufactured.
SOLUTION: The retractility composite sheet includes a retractility sheet 10 and another sheet 2 which is laminated with the retractility sheet 10. The retractility sheet 10 includes a first domain 14 which has elastic retractility and a second domain 15 extensibility of which is inferior to that of the first domain 14, wherein the first and second domains 14, 15 are formed so as to respectively extend in one direction, and are interchangeably formed. Corresponding surfaces of the retractility sheet 10 and the another sheet 2 are joined by a large number of band-like joints 4 which extend in the cross direction which intersects the one direction and intermittent-arranged. The retractility composite sheet 1, as the composite sheet 1 whole, has at least retractility in the cross direction.
