A prosthetic breast configured to be worn externally and adjacent to a chest region, the prosthetic breast comprising: a fabric cup defining an interior compartment one or more sealed fabric bags comprising fine grained glass filler material, and disposed within the fabric cup hypoallergenic packing material disposed within the fabric cup and at least one hypoallergenic fabric layer affixed to the fabric cup and configured to seal the fabric cup wherein the fine grained glass filler material within the one or more sealed fabric bags comprises a plurality of glass beads having a diameter of between 2 mm and 3 mm, and wherein said fine grained glass filler material comprises at least 60% of the total weight of the prosthetic breast.
