Disclosed are an electrodeless variable angle sideways drill grinding head and drive components thereof. The electrodeless variable angle sideways drill grinding head comprises a knife tube assembly and a grinding head (1) installed at the :front end of the knife tube assembly, wherein the grinding head (1) can be driven in a pitching motion and by autorotation. The rear end of the grinding head (1) i s hinged to the inner knife tube ( 11) in a circumferential-direction transmission mode, and the inner knife tube ( 11) is at least located at a position where the :front end thereof i s provided for being hinged to the rear end of the grinding head (1) and a flexible transmission segment (13) capable of transmitting torque. The drill grinding head achieves the transmission and pitching motion between the inner knife tube ( 11) and the grinding head (1) by using a hinge structure, wherein the flexible drive structure i s used t o compensate the axis deviation resulting :from the pitching motion and transmission drive, thus making the drive structure simple, the drive chain short and being conducive to the stable control. The drill grinding head can make pitching and circumferential positional adjustments t o the grinding head (1) in order to achieve direction and orientation adjustments on grinding head (1), and this has better a adaptability and accuracy for the surgical site, thereby improving the efficiency of surgery.
