PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide methods for suppressing menthol whisker which deposits in association with temperature change (a shift to low temperature) after absorbing moisture not only in low temperature to room temperature, but also in high temperature and high humidity, simply and by a high general purpose method, in a menthol-containing solid composition, as well as to provide menthol-containing solid compositions in which the deposition of menthol whisker is suppressed, and to provide production methods thereof.SOLUTION: In a production method of menthol-containing solid composition, a method for suppressing deposition of menthol whisker simply by coexisting a given polymer with menthol is provided.
