The present invention relates to a bidirectional alternating current stimulating system for preventing or treating brain tumor due to malignant glioma cells in an animal. A bidirectional alternating current magnetic field stimulating system for inhibiting proliferation of brain astrocytoma cells and reducing mobility of the brain astrocytoma cells according to the present invention comprises a coil unit in which a bidirectional alternating current magnetic field is generated, and a magnetic field application unit which is for applying the magnetic field. A bidirectional alternating current magnetic field stimulating system according to the present invention is capable of specifically inhibiting proliferation and mobility of the brain astrocytoma cells while any damages are not being caused in normal cells by applying a magnetic field having low intensity and a low oscillation frequency to a patient who requires prevention or treatment of brain tumor. Therefore, a bidirectional alternating current magnetic field stimulating system according to the present invention is capable of greatly reducing conventional side effects appearing in the patient after the operation.본 발명은 동물에서 악성 뇌교종 세포에 의한 뇌종양을 예방 도는 치료하기 위한, 양방향 교류 자극시스템에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 양방향 교류 자기장 자극시스템은, 약한 세기와 낮은 진동수를 갖는 자기장을 뇌종양의 예방 또는 치료가 필요한 환자에 인가하여, 정상세포에 어떠한 손상을 초래하지 않으면서 뇌교종 세포의 증식 및 이동성을 특이적으로 억제할 수 있다. 따라서, 본 발명에 따른 양방향 교류 자기장 자극시스템은 기존의 수술 후 환자에게서 나타나는 부작용을 크게 줄일 수 있다.
