PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment method of covering a structure having a three dimensional void shape with a calcium phosphate compound to thereby fully or partially cover a column chromatography filler and to provide a method of producing the structure.
SOLUTION: In the formation of calcium phosphate compound by applying a solution for forming the calcium phosphate compound on the structure by a wet process represented by a molecular precursor method and after that, heating the compound, the structure fully or partially covered with the compound is manufactured by carrying out one or more simple oxidation treatment processes selected from among (A) an oxidation treatment by heating at 300-1,100°C under the oxidation atmosphere, (B) an oxidation treatment by heating the structure coated with a solution composition to which 0.1-50 wt.% oxidant is added at 300-1,100°C under the oxidation atmosphere and (C) an oxidation treatment by dipping the structure treated with one of (A) and (B) into the oxidant or after dipping into the oxidant, heating at 100-800°C to suppress the deterioration in strength, deformation and embrittlement of the structure.
