PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pump efficiently flowing a fluid.SOLUTION: The pump 10 has: a fluid chamber 60 the volume of which is variable through driving of a volume varying means comprising a piezoelectric element 40 and a diaphragm 50 an inlet path 32 flowing a fluid into the fluid chamber 60 therethrough an outlet flow path 34 flowing out the fluid from the fluid chamber 60 a check valve 70 equipped between the fluid chamber 60 and the inlet flow path 32 and an elastic wall 35 equipped in the inlet flow path 32. The driving frequency fa of the volume varying means, and the vibration frequency fb of the elastic wall 35 are fa=fb.
