The first pump is used for providing or drawing a fluid. The nebulization module is connected with the first pump, and includes an inlet channel, an exit channel and plural nozzles for nebulizing and ejecting out parts of the fluid. The fluid storage unit is connected with the first pump and the nebulization module to form a close liquid-loop, so that the fluid continuously contacts with the plural nozzles and the plural air bobbles produced by the nebulization process are discharged out of the nebulization module.
