PURPOSE: A combined surface treating and weeding apparatus for a concrete building is provided to enable a user to carry out quick work by rotating wheels from side to side. CONSTITUTION: A combined surface treating and weeding apparatus for a concrete building comprises a pipe-shaped connecting unit(2), fixed shafts, and four wheels(6). A rotary shaft, which is connected to an engine and has an L-shaped lower part, is inserted in the connecting unit and fitted with a handle on the top. The fixed shafts are installed on both sides of a work body of a working unit(3) and extended outward. The four wheels are installed on both ends of two wheel axles which are connected by four front and rear connecting frames(5,5-1) connected to the fixed shafts.본 발명은 엔진에 연결되는 회전축(미도시)이 내부에 삽입된 파이프 형상의 연결부(2)와, 상기 연결부(2)의 상부 일측에 부착된 손잡이(24)와, 상기 연결부(2)의 하부는 "ㄴ" 자 형상이며, 끝단부는 작업부(3)에 설치된 연결하부(25)와,상기 연결부(2)의 하부에 연결된 작업부(3)의 작업몸체(39)의 양측면에 외부로 연장되어 설치되는 고정축(4)과, 상기 고정축(4)에 연결된 각각 2개 총4개의 전,후면연결프레임(5,5-1)에 의해 연결된 두개의 바퀴축(64)과, 상기 두개의 바퀴축(64)의 양측면 끝단부에 설치된 4개의 바퀴(6)로 구성되며,상기 작업부(3)는 작업부몸체(39)의 전면에 설치되며 연결부(2)의 연결하부(25)에 연결되는 연결하부삽입고정부(35)와,상기 작업부몸체(39)의 하부에 설치되며, 회전연마기(7)를 고정하는 회전체고정삽입부(36) 및 회전체고정구(37)중에서 선택된 어느하나로 구성된 예초기 겸용 콘크리트 건축물 표면처리장치에 관한 것이다.
