The present invention relates to a noise reducing device comprising a rubber casing body which has a box shape with an open top to receive a motor assembly including a drive motor generating rotational power and a piston unit converting the rotational power to air pressure to pump milk, and a rubber cover which has the box shape with an open bottom to cover the top of the casing body and a pressure control device for a breast pump including the same.
