The seed tube assembly (40), comprising: a seed boot (42) having a seed passage extending from an inlet (52) to an outlet (54) a boot liner (44) extending within the seed passage between the inlet (52) and the outlet (54) and a seed tube adapter (46) coupled to at least one of the seed boot (42) and the boot liner (44).
