The present invention relates to a sun-blocking cosmetic composition in which the high content of inorganic sunblock is stably dispersed in a formulation. According to the present invention, methicone polymerized with an alkyl chain with 1 to 12 carbon atoms is used in the sun-blocking cosmetic composition so as to stably disperse the high content of the inorganic sunblock in the formulation, thereby exhibiting excellent sun-blocking effects and outstanding spreadability due to low hardness of the formulation.
