PURPOSE: A multilayer tablet containing sarpogrelate hydrochloride of release controlled type is provided to immediately treat and to continuously maintain same concentrate of active ingredients in plasma. CONSTITUTION: A multilayer tablet containing sapogreleate hydrochloride of release controlled type contains: an immediate release part containing sapogreleate hydrochloride and short-acting excipient； and a sustained release part containing sapogreleate hydrochloride, hydrophilic polymers, and effervescent additives, or sustained release part containing sapogreleate hydrochloride, hydrophilic polymers, and release controlled type base.본 발명은 (a) 사포그릴레이트 염산염 및 속효성 부형제를 포함하는 속방부； 및 (b) 사포그릴레이트 염산염, 친수성 고분자 및 발포성 첨가제를 포함하는 서방부, 또는 사포그릴레이트 염산염, 친수성 고분자 및 방출 제어형 서방성 기제를 포함하는 서방부를 포함하는 방출 제어형 사포그릴레이트 염산염 함유 다층 정제에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 방출 제어형 사포그릴레이트 염산염 함유 다층 정제는 경구로 투여되어 즉각적인 치료 효과를 나타낼 뿐 아니라, 상당 시간 동안 활성 성분이 혈장 내에서 지속적으로 일정한 농도를 유지하므로, 투약 횟수를 1일 1회로 감소시킬 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 결과적으로 환자들에 대한 약물 적응성을 높여 투약 순응도를 높일 수 있다.
