A controller installed in a cultivation facility extracts the sunrise/sunset time which varies with the difference of the latitude and longitude between the current position and the reference origin based on the daily sunrise/sunset time at the national reference origin performs daylight detection and light irradiation time accumulation based on a measured result of a sensor confirms whether the sunrise/sunset time, solar radiation and light irradiation time accumulation of the current date satisfies the growth conditions according to the light characteristics of a currently cultivating plant, by comparing the irradiated time, solar radiation and the light irradiation time accumulation according to the sunrise/sunset time of the current date with the pre-stored light characteristics of the currently cultivating plant and sets an operation mode for sunlight management based on the confirmed result, and turns on or turns off an auxiliary lighting.
