[Problem] In a non-aqueous patch containing lidocaine, the adhesive force of the preparation tends to lower with an increase in the content of lidocaine. To release an effective amount of lidocaine from a patch to the skin, it is a common practice to dissolve lidocaine using a solubilizing agent. However, an increase in the content of the solubilizing agent causes even more remarkable lowering of the adhesive force, which makes long-term adhesion impossible. [Solution] A non-aqueous patch, wherein a biaxially stretching extensible fabric having a strength under 50% extension in the long side direction of not more than 2000 g/50 mm is used as a support for a lidocaine-containing ointment, and an ointment base contains a solubilizing agent together with lidocaine and/or a reaction product thereof.Dans un patch non aqueux contenant de la lidocaïne, la force adhésive de la préparation tend à s'abaisser avec l'augmentation du contenu en lidocaïne. Pour libérer une quantité efficace de lidocaïne à partir d'un patch dans la peau, il est de pratique courante de dissoudre la lidocaïne à l'aide d'un agent de solubilisation. Toutefois, une augmentation de la teneur en agent de solubilisation provoque un abaissement encore plus notoire de la force adhésive, ce qui rend l'adhérence à long terme impossible. La présente invention concerne donc un patch non aqueux, dans lequel il est utilisé un tissu extensible s'étendant biaxalement présentant une force sous 50 % d'extension dans le sens de la longueur de pas plus de 2000 g/50 mm en tant que support pour une pommade contenant de la lidocaïne, et une base de pommade contenant un agent de solubilisation conjointement avec de la lidocaïne et/ou l'un de ses produits réactionnels.【課題】非水性貼付剤に配合した場合、リドカインの配合量を多くするほど製剤の粘着力が弱くなる傾向があり、貼付剤に配合して皮膚に有効量を放出させるためには溶解剤で溶解させることが一般的であるが、溶解剤を増加すると一層粘着力の低下は顕著になり、長時間の貼付が困難になる。 【解決手段】リドカインを含む膏体の支持体として、長辺方向の５０％伸張時の強さが２０００ｇ／５０ｍｍ以下のもので二軸延伸性の伸長性を有する布製とし、膏体の基材中にリドカインおよび／もしくはその反応物と共に溶解剤を含有させた非水性貼付剤とした。
