It was discovered that a compound of general formula (I) that has an isoxazole skeleton has an excellent inhibitory activity on a mutated IDH1 protein, inhibits 2-HG production by the aforesaid protein and can effectively inhibit the proliferation of various tumors expressing the aforesaid protein.本發明發現具有異噁唑骨架之特定化合物具有對變異型IDH1蛋白質之優良阻礙活性,且藉由該蛋白質阻礙2-HG之產生之同時,亦有效果地阻礙表現該蛋白質之種種腫瘤的增殖。
