PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moving body tracking device for radiotherapy capable of accurately tracking a moving body.SOLUTION: In the moving body tracking device, a moving body tracking processing part 5 for processing the tracking of the moving body, and a sequence control device 6 for controlling movable pedestals 31 and 41 moved by itself by supporting an imaging system 2 and controlling movement of the imaging system 2 are constituted in such a way as to communicate with each other.
