[Solution] Provided is a hypodermic injection training apparatus with which practice of hypodermic injections using a hypodermic needle is carried out, said apparatus comprising: a sheet-shaped simulated skin layer 110 which is formed thinly, with a low degree of hardness so as to be penetrable by a hypodermic needle a plate-shaped subcutaneous tissue simulation layer 120 which is formed thickly with a high viscosity, with a low degree of hardness so as to be penetrable by the hypodermic needle a plate-shaped hypodermic needle penetration prevention layer 130 which has a high degree of hardness, preventing the hypodermic needle from passing therethrough an adhesive layer 140 which has a high viscosity and adheres easily to a practice platform or a persons arm which is being used as a practice platform and one or a plurality of simulated blood vessel tubes which are positioned so as to be upon the surface of the subcutaneous tissue simulation layer 120, or embedded or partially embedded therein.
