A method for producing at least one compound from blood, characterized in that the method comprises the following steps: i) providing a certain amount of blood for a first, closed container with a pressure below atmospheric pressure; ii) dividing the blood into at least the following fractions: a fraction of red blood cells in the lower part of the first container, a fraction of white blood cells and platelets on top of the previous fraction, and a plasma fraction with a gradient of platelet concentration on top, and this gradient decreases by pressure to the top of the first container; iii) introducing a device for extracting substantially to the level of the uppermost fraction contained in the first container; iv) performing at least once the steps of attaching a second container which is vacuum-closed and has a pressure below the pressure of the first container to the extraction device; waiting for a certain period of time until the required amount of plasma, white blood cells and platelets and / or red blood cells is moved, as a result of the pressure difference, into the second container; removal of the second container; and, in the event that further extracts are made, the adjustment of the position to which the extraction device is introduced so that it can once again reach the upper level of the remaining fractions. 2.
