PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of reducing a user workload in restoring a radiation image.SOLUTION: An examination progress status is determined based on progress information on an examination corresponding to a photographed image stored in an X-ray photographing device. When information indicating that the examination is under way is included in the progress information, it is determined that the examination is under way as the examination progress status, and when information indicating an examination status is not included in the progress information, it is determined that an examination does not exist as the examination progress status.
