Pharmaceutical composition comprising stem cells treated with NOD2 agonist or culture thereof for prevention and treatment of immune diseases and inflammatory diseases
The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating immune diseases or inflammatory diseases, comprising stem cells which are obtained by culturing NOD2-expressing stem cells with an NOD2 agonist, or a culture thereof. Specifically, the present invention relates to a method for suppressing immune responses or inflammatory responses of a subject, comprising a step of administering the pharmaceutical composition, the stem cells, or a culture thereof to a subject； a method for preparing an immunosuppressive drug or an anti-inflammatory drug by using the stem cells or a culture thereof； a method for preparing PGE2 or TGF-1, comprising a step of culturing NOD2-expressing stem cells with an NOD2 agonist； a graft comprising NOD2-expressing stem cells and an NOD2 agonist； a preparation method of the graft； a composite comprising NOD2-expressing stem cells and an NOD2 agonist； and a culture obtained by adding an NOD2 agonist to NOD2-expressing stem cells. The pharmaceutical composition according to the present invention is a cell therapeutic agent which has no side effect and can be used economically to replace existing immunosuppressive drugs or anti-inflammatory drugs having known side effects.
