PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a massage machine capable of continuously massaging the body in an attitude desired by a person to be treated and improving the relaxed feeling of the person to be treated.SOLUTION: The massage machine includes: a guide rail provided to a body frame a massage unit provided with a massage part and a moving means for freely moving the massage unit along the guide rail. The guide rail includes a first guide rail and a second guide rail provided turnably to the first guide rail. The moving means includes a pinion provided to the massage unit, and a rack for moving the massage unit by the engagement of the pinion and the rotation of the pinion.
