A transfusion tube set includes: a transfusion tube and a transfusion tube which does not have a filter and a transfusion tube which has the filter, wherein the transfusion tubes and are detachable from the transfusion tube. The transfusion tube includes a tube and a reservoir needle provided at a upstream end of the tube, and a drip tube, a roller clamp, an upstream connector and a downstream connector are provided downstream of the reservoir needle of the tube. A filter mesh is disposed at the upstream end of a main tube of the downstream connector.
