PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toe training support band for the purpose of preventing/improving a difficulty in a foot which has been deformed by a foot difficulty.SOLUTION: The circumference of the root joint parts of the toes is tightened with a band 1 by covering the entirety of the first metatarsophalangeal joint part and the fifth metatarsophalangeal joint part of a foot and by winding the sole and the instep of the foot, thereby making the lateral arch of a foot to move the toes, with the training of a back side interosseous muscle performed. As the band has a belt shape with a suitable hardness and elasticity, no hematogenous disorder or pain is caused, besides, as no toes are caught with the band, the toes are freely movable and, even with the body weight on, the lateral arch is maintained, the toes are allowed to be correctly trained. In addition, since the band 1 uses a material that is thin, hardly slidable on the skin, excellent in a touch, and permeable, there is no discomfort in all footwear. Attachment, detachment and adjustment are simple, so that the band can be continuously used for a long period. The simple constitution also makes it possible to have a low cost.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4COPYRIGHT: (C)2020,JPO&INPIT【課題】足の障害で変形してしまった足に対して、障害を予防・改善するための足指トレーニングサポートバンドを提供する。【解決手段】足の第１中足趾節関節部及び第５中足趾節関節部の全体を覆い足底及び足甲の周囲を巻いて足指の付根関節部回りをバンド１で締めることによって足の横アーチをつくり足指を動かし背側骨間筋のトレーニングを行えるようにした。該バンドは、適度な硬さと伸縮性を有する帯状であるため血行障害や痛みを起こさず、しかも、足指に掛かることが無いため足指が自由自在と動かせ、体重がかかっても横アーチが維持され正しく足指がトレーニングできるようにした。また、該バンド１は、薄手で肌に対して滑りにくく肌触りが良く通気性のある材質を使用しているため、すべての履物で違和感なく、着脱や調節が簡単にできるため長期間継続して使用でき、構造が簡単でコストを抑えることができるようにする。【選択図】図４
