Disclosed is a skincare composition containing polysiloxane, wherein the skincare composition comprises the following components by weight percent: 7-12% of linear polymethylphenyl siloxane, 7-14% of network-type polymethylphenyl siloxane, 2-6% of a polysiloxane elastomer compound formed by combining silicone rubber with polydimethylsiloxane, 2-6% of polydimethyl siloxane, 1-4% of a polyether-modified polysiloxane, 3-5% of a monoglyceride, 4-7% of octadecanol, 1-3% of Tween-60, and water. The skin composition can remarkably restore and improve the skin without adding hormones, medicines and skin irritants, has a good weather resistance, and does not go bad during long term storage. The feel of the composition is smooth but not sticky.
