The ultrasonic detection device uses the entire ultrasonic transducer array (110) to receive ultrasonic wave signals containing shear wave information, without the need for interpolation or beamforming of the ultrasonic wave signals, thereby improving the convenience and precision of measurements； thus, imaging effects are good, the amount of data processing is small, and detection speed is fast.
