To prevent the water hammer phenomenon by a simple structure without deteriorating the folding property of a flexible fluid storing container.
SOLUTION: The fluid storing container (fluid pack 1) includes a container body 4 having a storing chamber 5 in which a fluid is stored, a pouring outlet 6 provided at one end of the container body 4 for pouring the fluid and a baffle member 11 which is provided in the storing chamber 5 and attenuates the flow of the fluid that flows in the storing chamber 5 toward the side of the pouring outlet 6. The baffle member 11 is formed of a flexible material having the same properties as the container body 4. The two opposing sides 14 and 15 thereof are fixedly attached to the opposing inner surfaces 21 and 22 of the storing chamber 5, respectively and thereby setting the baffle member 11 so as to have a strip shape provided across the storing chamber 5.
