The method for processing Pueraria montana for the immunity enhancement effect of the present invention comprises the following steps: drying washed Pueraria montana at the temperature of 70 to 90°C for 12 to 36 hours, followed by cutting the same to the size of 1 to 3 cm roasting the Pueraria montana at the temperature of 150 to 250°C for 10 to 30 minutes and obtaining an extract from the roasted Pueraria montana.본 발명은 식품 및 건강음료 재료로 널리 이용되고 있는 칡에 관한 것으로, 상세하게는 면역증진효과를 가질 수 있도록 칡의 가공방법과 이 방법으로 획득되는 칡 추출분말에 관한 것이다.이러한 본 발명인 면역증진효과를 위한 칡의 가공방법은, 세척된 칡을 70~90℃ 온도에서 12~36시간 건조한 후 1~3㎝ 크기로 절단하는 건조 및 절단하는 단계와 상기 단계 후 150~250℃ 온도에서 10~30분간 로스팅 하는 단계와 상기 로스팅이 이루어진 칡으로부터 추출물을 획득하는 단계로 이루어진다.
