PURPOSE: A heat sealable multi-layer sheet, a water-block drug packing device, and a producing method thereof are provided to improve the storage stability of drugs.CONSTITUTION: A heat sealable multi-layer sheet(100) includes a polyamide based sheet layer(107), a polyurethane bonding layer(105) spread on the polyamide based sheet layer, a metal foil layer(103) formed on the polyurethane bonding layer, a heat adhesive layer(101), a drug storing unit, and a drug packing device. The heat adhesive layer is formed with one resin selected from the group consisting of a polyester resin, a polyamide resin, and a polyvinylchloride resin having the molecular weight of 20,000-40,000. The drug storing unit is formed with a transparent or semi-transparent film layer with a protrusion on one side. The drug packing device is formed with the metal foil layer sealing the drug storing unit.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012본 발명은 약제 포장용 열접착성 다층 시트와 이를 이용한 수분 차단용 약제 포장구 및 그의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 폴리아미드계 시트층, 상기 폴리아미드계 시트층 상에 도포된 폴리우레탄계 접착층, 상기 폴리우레탄계 접착층 상에 형성된 금속 호일 층 및, 상기 금속 호일 층 상에 도포된 열 접착제층을 포함하여 이루어진 약제 포장용 열접착성 다층 시트와 그의 제조방법, 이를 적용한 수분 및 가스 차단용 약제 포장구 및 그의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 의하면, 수분 및 가스가 차단되어 내입되는 약제의 저장 안정성을 향상시키고, 강도가 보완된 약제 포장용 열접착성 다층 시트와 이를 이용한 수분 및 가스 차단용 약제 포장구를 제공할 수 있다.
