A coating portion having a discharge outlet aligned with the outlet of the cartridge and a coating surface for applying the content that flows out of the outlet and the discharge outlet to the body surface of the human body； a temperature operation portion incorporated in the coating portion that heats or cools the coating surface by receiving electric power； and a battery housing portion that houses a battery are provided in the housing.
