Dissolved, dispersed or suspended in a liquid vehicle containing a semi-fluorinated alkane of (CH2) m (CF2) oF, where n, m and o are integers independently selected from the range of 3-20. A stable liquid composition which is turbid and wherein the liquid vehicle is substantially free of water.
