The present invention relates to a spacer for laminoplasty, capable of enhancing the fixing force with respect to a cervical vertebra. According to the present invention, provided is a spacer for laminoplasty, comprising: a first spacer fixed to an upper lamina while the cut surface of the upper lamina in the lamina of the cut cervical vertebra is mounted thereon and supported thereby； and a second spacer fixed to a lower lamina such that the cut surface of the lower lamina in the lamina of the cut cervical vertebra is touched thereto and supported thereby, wherein the first spacer and the second spacer have an expandable length therebetween, and are coupled such that the first and second spacers are not separated from each other by a fixing bar.본 발명에 의하면, 절개된 경추의 후궁판 중 상부후궁판의 절개면이 안착 지지되도록 한 상태에서 상부후궁판에 고정되는 제1스페이서와； 상기 절개된 경추의 후궁판 중 하부후궁판(12)의 절개면이 접촉 지지되도록 하부후궁판에 고정되는 제2스페이서를 포함하며, 제1스페이서와 제2스페이서는 상호간 길이가 확장 가능한 상태를 가지고 고정바에 의해 상호간 분리되지 않는 결합 상태를 가지는 후궁성형술용 스페이서가 제공된다.
