The present application provides a pharmaceutical composition for treatment or remission for chronic myelogenous leukemia patients, the composition containing, as effective ingredients, small amounts of: (2S)-2-[(2S,3R)-3-amino-2-hydroxy-4-phenylbutanoylamino]-4-methylpentane acid or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof； and 4-[(4-methyl-1-piperazinyl)methyl]-N-[4-methyl-3-[[4-(3-pyridinyl)-2-pyrimidinyl]amino]phenyl]-benzamide or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof.本申請案提供一種治療或緩解慢性骨髓性白血病患者用之醫藥組合物，其含有均為低用量之(2S)-2-[(2S,3R)-3-胺基-2-羥基-4-苯基丁醯基胺基]-4-甲基戊酸或其藥理學上容許之鹽、以及4-[(4-甲基-1-哌?基)甲基]-N-[4-甲基-3-[[4-(3-吡啶基)-2-嘧啶基]胺基]苯基]-苯甲醯胺或其藥理學上容許之鹽作為有效成分。
