The inventors of the present invention have prepared a heterodimerized polypeptide having an Fc region consisting of two polypeptides (a first polypeptide and a second polypeptide) having different amino acid sequences, whereby a homodimer or a second polypeptide having a conventional Fc region consisting only of a first polypeptide. Compared with the homodimer which consists of these, the heterodimerization polypeptide containing the Fc region region whose function of the Fc region was improved was succeeded.본 발명자들은 아미노산 서열이 상이한 2개의 폴리펩티드(제1 폴리펩티드 및 제2 폴리펩티드)로 이루어지는 Fc영역을 갖는 헤테로이량화 폴리펩티드를 제작함으로써, 종래 기술인 그 Fc영역이 제1 폴리펩티드만으로 이루어지는 호모이량화체 또는 제2 폴리펩티드로 이루어지는 호모이량화체와 비교하여, Fc영역의 기능이 개선된 Fc영역을 포함하는 헤테로이량화 폴리펩티드를 제작하는 것에 성공하였다.
