To provide a device which can uniformly mix baby leaves without damaging the baby leaves.SOLUTION: A baby leaf mixer comprising a freely elevational screen frame in which screen bars are horizontally laid at a constant interval, in which various kinds of baby leaves to be mixed are so configured as to be capable of being loaded on the screen frame, plural screen frames of upper and lower stages are further provided at a constant interval, and respective screen frames are so configured as to be capable of being sequentially elevated.
