A method for providing a surgical image is provided. The method comprises the steps of: obtaining an actual surgical image of a current view comprising an arm of a surgical instrument； determining whether or not there is an area inside the body which is hidden behind the arm of the surgical instrument in the actual surgical image of the current view and obtaining an actual surgical image of a view preceding the current view； extracting a corresponding area corresponding to the area inside the body from the actual surgical image of the preceding view； and restoring the area inside the body by removing the arm of the surgical instrument from the actual surgical image of the current view on the basis of the extracted corresponding area.L'invention concerne un procédé pour la fourniture d'une image chirurgicale. Le procédé comprend les étapes suivantes: l'obtention d'une image chirurgicale réelle d'une vue courante comportant un bras d'un instrument chirurgical； la détermination de la présence ou non d'une zone à l'intérieur du corps qui est cachée derrière le bras de l'instrument chirurgical dans l'image chirurgicale réelle de la vue courante et l'obtention d'une image chirurgicale réelle d'une vue précédant la vue courante； l'extraction d'une zone correspondante correspondant à la zone à l'intérieur du corps à partir de l'image chirurgicale réelle de la vue précédente； et la restauration de la zone à l'intérieur du corps au moyen de l'élimination du bras de l'instrument chirurgical à partir de l'image chirurgicale réelle de la vue courante sur la base de la zone correspondante extraite.수술영상 제공 방법이 제공된다. 상기 방법은 수술도구의 암(arm)을 포함하는 현재시점의 실제수술 영상을 획득하는 단계, 상기 현재시점의 실제수술 영상에서 상기 수술도구의 암에 의해 가려지는 신체내부 영역이 존재하는지 판단하여, 상기 현재시점 보다 이전시점의 실제수술 영상을 획득하는 단계, 상기 이전시점의 실제수술 영상으로부터 상기 신체내부 영역에 대응하는 대응영역을 추출하는 단계, 및 상기 추출된 대응영역을 기초로 상기 현재시점의 실제수술 영상에서 상기 수술도구의 암을 제거하여 상기 신체내부 영역을 복원하는 단계를 포함한다.
